Terms & Conditions:

The volunteer certifies that all information provided to The Athletic Coup relating to their background, qualifications, and experience is accurate. The volunteer certifies to be either in a healthy condition to volunteer remotely or on-site or informs us if otherwise.

There is no employment relationship between the volunteer and The Athletic Coup for the volunteer services offered and no financial compensation for the work offered.

There are no rights on the intellectual property of the work produced for The Athletic Coup.

By applying, you agree that you will always put your personal and public safety first and will act professionally to ensure the good operation of the festival and its venues.

The volunteer is solely responsible for arranging and paying for their travel, including all airfares or other transport costs to and from domestic and international routes.

The Athletic Coup is not responsible for any supporting documents necessary for the volunteer’s travel needs or other purposes. Volunteers are responsible for ensuring their travel documents are up-to-date and valid.

The Athletic Coup does not provide the volunteer with insurance of any kind. The volunteer is solely responsible for evaluating and determining the type, extent, and levels of any insurance coverage they need or desire for their planned volunteer travel period.

The volunteer acknowledges and accepts the responsibilities and risks of their choice to travel, temporarily reside and provide volunteer services.
